SOO 4598 tied down in the industrial park lead with the Jordan spreader         
The spreader crew had been doing ditching work along the line since the previous Tuesday. Heavy rain and mechanical problems slowed them down (they were supposed to be finished all the way to Madison by the previous Thursday) and this was my second failed attempt to catch them in action.

Paul OShell General CP 402872 is a Jordan Type A spreader, serial number 838, built in 1950. It is equipped with short broken (articulated) side wings, mid-height front plow, middle cab, raised rear platform, and air controlled operating cylinders. 2/15/2024 2:38:09 PM
