Crossing the Wisconsin River where it flows out of Lake DuBay  Contributor's Pick!
Lake DuBay is a reservoir named for John Baptiste DuBay, a prominent early Wisconsin businessman/fur trader/Indian interpreter. In 1857 he was charged with murder for killing a man in a property dispute. Although acquitted, he was ruined by the ordeal and died at his homestead in Knowlton. This bridge is one of the scenic highlights of the Valley Sub, but never having chased on the line before I was too late to get more than handheld video here on the northbound trip.
