G64 starts the pull north after tying on to a long string of empty sand hoppers
Title:  G64 starts the pull north after tying on to a long string of empty sand hoppers
Description:  Several of these cuts (about 100 cars each) have been brought out of storage on the WSOR Sauk branch and moved north on the CP over the last few months. However, they usually send down 1 or 2 big widecab units (often foreign power, such as BNSF, NS or CN) light to retrieve them, rather than having the regular local do it.

CP 2306 north passes the old Oscar Mayer plant in the golden light
Title:  CP 2306 north passes the old Oscar Mayer plant in the golden light
Description:  For as long as the train was after picking up the big cut of sand MTs, the pair of ECOGeeps didn't seem to be sweating too much. The crew would die on time at DeForest, and it wasn't until Sunday night that the train would be brought back to Portage.
