The third of the group of ten "Heritage"-paint ACUs I've caught leading. It has the "block" lettering instead of the "Script" found on the other two, but it can't really be seen because the long hood is in such shadow. They made a pick-up at the yard and departed eastward in about 90 minutes, but I had to break off and go back to work. |

It has become common for the same consists to turn back and forth on CP's Bensenville (Chicago)-St. Paul corridor several times over the course of a few weeks. CP heritage unit 7018 and UP 6310 (SP patch AC4400CW) from the previous day's 470 now power westbound train 281 as it approaches Portage. |
