Climbing aboard Saginaw Timber Company No. 2 |
Description: |
As of 2024, this was the most recent locomotive to operate in steam as part of Mid-Continent Railway's roster; for Snow Train in February, 2000. Unfortunately, following its restoration to operational condition by 2015-16, its then-owner Skip Lichter and the museum's board were unable to come to terms on a new operating lease agreement. The locomotive has since been moved to the Pacific Northwest where it has operated on the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad. |
