I'd made the 90-minute drive to Rochelle for the one being led by Southern heritage unit 8099,!which was supposedly being recrewed at Western Ave. @ 10:45 AM. It didn't come through Rochelle until after 6PM, by which time it had been dark over over an hour and I was well on my way home. |
